Meet the Founder: Kai Eckley

 

Kai Eckley, a Florida native and Licensed Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience in healing and wellness, Southpaw Yoga is built on the belief that Yoga has the power to transform lives. Kai specializes in virtual healing through Yoga, meditation, and soulful alignment practices, weaving movement, breathwork, and energy work into a holistic approach that restores balance across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms.

 

Kai’s journey into yoga and meditation began nearly 20 years ago, offering her profound relief from trauma, depression, and anxiety. Her dedication to healing led her to certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Energy Work, and Massage, equipping her with a diverse toolkit to support clients on their self-care and healing journeys.

 

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Kai integrates ancient wisdom into modern wellness practices, offering guidance in energetic balance, mindful movement, and somatic healing. Through her virtual offerings, she creates sacred spaces for deep healing, helping students cultivate inner peace, resilience, and alignment—wherever they are in the world.
